As most the script in market is supporting this version 4 script. As usual, bluehost support will need to verify your account, and after that will migrate your account to the server with php5. I just checked my bluehost cpanel account, and i am still at the php version 4.4.6 . That is a php 4 apache server running version 1.3.37. Bluehost hosting is started to implementing the fastcgi into their hosting server. Pass few days, i notice the bluehost server that i am using, is updated with the fastcgi as well. I am pretty new to fastcgi thing and have to do some homework here to find out more about it, and how to utilise it.

From bluehost cpanel , under web server config menu, you will find “fastcgi acceleration”. And this will bring you to the fastcgi activation or deactivation page as following:
