Bluehost hosting is no longer with CPU exceed limit issue, and they had upgraded the server kernel to overcome this common issue. For more detail about this bluehost CPU exceed error and its elimination, you can view our blog post at here. As part of this feature upgrade, bluehost is introducing the new bluehost cpu throttling feature, available in your bluehost cpanel. From wiki website, we learn that “CPU Throttling” refering the dynamic computer frequency, means the computer microprocessor frequency can be changed on the fly. This allows dynamic cpu processing power allocation to your bluehost hosted website. When you require more server cpu resource, the cpu can be ‘throttle’ accordingly. A huge gain in website performance and speed, and avoid the CPU Exceed Limit error message too
“No CPU limiting factors (throttling) have been placed on your account in the past 24 hours.“

Thanks for the info, but should I understand that this is considered a protection against account suspension due to high CPU Throttling?
or it’s just to show the sites owner their CPU consumption?
Thanks for replying

its a protection against high usage. However recently, bluehost removed this cpu quata and allow cpu throttling. refer to our new posting at http://www.bluehostreview.org/bluehost-cpu-quata-and-usage-limit-canceled
