Its not good marketing to keep existing customers. this is our suggestion, and not to forget, the new customer get $3.95/mo price, and that is $72 dollars discount for 3 years hosting plan. I think webhosting companies should offer discount to their existing customers as well so they stick to one hosting company rather than using one hosting company for 2-3 years then other for another 2-3 years and so on…
