From the blue host homepage: www.bluehost.com , at the bottom-left corner you will find the “live chat” features. Clicking on it bring up a small windows, to get this, make sure you not have popup blocker etc that will prevent pop windows. And you can choose to contact which bluehost support department, here is the list of all departments:

- Bluehost Affiliate Department
They using websitealive4 live chat system, which is one of the industry leading live support system. Enter your name and question. Also include in the problem description and your bluehost hosted domain names.
Through my one and a half month stay at bluehost hosting, I been contacted bluehost support team three times for some technical things. Once was because my website is suddently running slow, and so i start the live chat and contact bluehost support. I was chat with support members named: Stoney, TIM, and also JIM. They are very helpful and get my problem solved on the spot.

All the contents had disappeared and my site doesn’t show up anymore except for its sponsored listings!!

did you make sure you renew your hosting account? If hosting account expired, these are what you see. Contact support department to check on it, this can be resolved.

It was fine and very low downtime.
But now a days.. I am often facing my sites are down…
I checked with support team.. they says..

HI our website http://www.technozion.org is not working since last couple of hours….
IT GIVES MESSAGE AS
