Bluehost uptime problem for september 2008 Bluehost review after 20 months hosted

Is bluehost hosting having issue/problem lately? Why is their server downtime increased dramatically, and the bluehost technical support team is so hard to be reach? What is the caused for this bluehost problems?

I having difficulties to get connected to bluehost live chat, and the fact is that their waiting queue is taken too long. Even after you are connected to available live chat support, they are too busy and expect to be serve slowly as well. What’s wrong with bluehost lately??

I was told that the server that i am using is having hard disk RAID crash… they not sure what caused this server problem but they are investigating on it. They get the hardware replace, and website restored, thanks that bluehost performed server backup earlier. Following few days, my website is still having some downtime problem occasionally, and the cause is still unknown.

I understood & told by bluehost support that they are upgrading their servers.. its a major server hardware upgrading and lots of servers are involved. Is this mean most of bluehost technical team are too busy with the server upgrading work, and no time to perform their routine to maintain the server in good condition??

Fact is that, during the server upgrading process, the downtime should be keep to the minimum. And thus not causing lots more other problem to customer. If customers having problem they will go bugs the support team, and causing the support team to be even more tight up with their work.
