		<description>idk about anyone else but Bluehost Tech Support (both email and phone) is horrible.  When I called for tech assistance on a webiste I&#039;m working on the guy who answered was rude and argumentative; even after I told him I didn&#039;t like how he was speaking to me he continued. Email support is no better; they give canned responses and 2 or 3 line quick comments; no solutions offered outside what you could find doing a simple search on Google. Their other departments are good friendly and courteous but not tech support so if your tech savvy and will never need their assist then find but if not I’d stay clear and go with another host.</description>

its rare to have cpanel hosting hacked and planted code via hosting server. Unless its caused by vulnerable scripts that run from your website. Always make sure you have the secure and safe scripts running, and make sure your hosting account is always with strong password combination. Thus can avoid the hacking incident.

		<description>I&#039;ve noticed that tech support is increasingly hard to contact via phone and chat.  Chat used to take 3 minutes, tops; now it can take up to 30 minutes to get connected.  One service call the other day took 60 minutes to get resolved (webmail went down completely after a server upgrade hacked up our files).

Another thing I&#039;ve noticed...I have had multiple instances of my .htaccess files being deleted or renamed/made void, and other files which have been updated seem to have been reverted to old versions (with about 5 clients responding &quot;I could&#039;ve sworn I saw that update on the page...what might have happened?&quot;)  They always have to go in and &quot;refresh&quot; something or &quot;replace a deleted file&quot;...all in all, when it&#039;s a tech issue I cannot fix, it&#039;s very frustrating.  I have referred over 10 clients to Bluehost within the past year, and one has since had to leave.  I really love this service and I hope they stop their slow downhill roll; I don&#039;t want to have to do what I did to IPower and bail out completely.

Please Bluehost, don&#039;t lose your awesome quality and customer service.  If not for me, then do it for humanity!</description>
