Through this two months time, the site availability is quit high, and the page is loaded in reasonable speed. Although there is some slowiness noticed last month, a quick help from bluehost support, solved it.
About bluehost cpanel and fantastico is very updated, feature rich, and bugs free. No problem using it at all. I having great time exploring it. And lately customizing the .htaccess to gain more redirection features. 
Bluehost forums is a very good place to ask for personal helps from bluehost members. I join this forums almost 2 months now, and learned a lot more about bluehost. Although once a while, there is member account get suspended, due to hosted illegel content etc.
