hi Jamal,

new hosting account are commonly placed in new server, with the rest of new users too. Its this time when the server are very busy and user keep uploading files to server, and test out their own script. this might cause the server to run slow.

Anyhow, if you face any problem with the bluehost server, you should live chat with support and get them informed about that.

for your rails error... send an email to support is the quickest.

They sucked from day one for me.

My hosting is very very very slow and every time I type anything on ssh console I need to wait couple of secounds before I get any response.

My rails application always get destroyed by weird message =>

Application error
Rails application failed to start properly

So NEVER buy from bluehost they suck too much, nothing worked from day one!
