From bluehost specification details, you will find that bluehost hosting is offering free site builder, a fully web based site builder program that allows you to create and design website from pre-selected web templates.
I had review on this bluehost site builder feature, and performed a demo test run on the site builder program that is using PageWizard online tool. Its very simple to use, its loading time is very fast too. Once you are in the pagewizard, you are prompt to create new webpage. Then you are prompt with few web templates to choose, once you made your choice, you can enter text into the template. The pagewizard have all the tools that make web desing a fully drag and drop basis. You can publish your webpage later via built in ftp services.
Bluehost web hosting is a complete web hosting plan that offering all you need in one attractive package, web site builder included for free. For limited time you can get bluehost at discount price of $x.95/mo only!

I tried this site builder to no avail. It was a nightmare. I thought it would be similar to other ‘site builders’ available online where you litterally drag and drop but this one required extensive knowledge of html as I couldn’t even get a single home page set up properly in spite of having built a great looking site using word press and other little sites in the past. I give it a great big zero out of 10.
hope they will come up with something more user friendly in the very near future!

BLUEHOST IS ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!
Don’t know how they get good reviews, but unless you are a computer expert, you will not have a CLUE what to do…
Go with Yahoo web builder if you want to make any progress.
Have spent about 40 hours on bluehost and have made NO PROGRESS in over a year despite repeated phone calls to their service department.
DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!

for technical issue, its best to get solved via email ticketing or live chat.
phone support will be one painful experience for any web hosting.

Signed up for pagebuilder through hostmonster.com! Was on page 5 of 10 of rebuilding my site and pagebuilder went down unexpectedly (for maintenance…WTF?) and it is now Wednesday and it is still down! Was working great til then!
Any info or ideas on what is going on or how to get in would be appreciated! This is a small business site and I am losing money!
Thank you!

“phone support will be one painful experience for any web hosting”
Why is that? I have had my best experiences with phone support, experiences with live chat that were so bad as to be ridiculous. Email support can sometimes be good, but it takes too long to be useful for anyone who has a website for anything but a hobby.
It is true that it is hard to find good phone support, or any other type of good support for web hosting or any other type of internet service, for that matter. But for websites, of the three, phone support has proved to be easily the most likely to come through for me.
