Bluehost Uptime: We are currently improving the uptime statistic report, and packed all 30 days uptime statistic into one small report as following. For the bluehost hosting server that host this bluehost review site, the server uptime was little bit lower for this month. Caused by a schedule maintenance at 1st August, the first day of the month, which last for 80 minutes long. This incident had drag the bluehost uptime lower for this month. After the event, bluehost uptime daily statistic are mostly 100% for the days. This indicating a very healthy server.

There is no big problem at bluehost until now, server is up running as expected, tech support is good and easy to reach. I’m a customer for bluehost since few years, i cant tell you how great is bluehost services initially been, they actually exceeded all other commercial competitors by adding many serious services and maintain their servers regularly to avoid any serious problem.
In the past 5 years bluehost servers went down less than 15 – 20 times, at least the noticeable by me.
However their support services is going down big time, they are becoming arrogant and non-supportive, and if they didn’t like client complain they can tell you to hit the road.
If you are considering serious hosting service i will advice you with bluehost however forget about the support service, as they will never give you a hand even with a major issue.
I will advice them with looking after support specially live support session and monitor what their agents doing to bluehost reputation.

bluehost live chat support are designed to provide quick assistant to customer, helping to solve smaller problem. For more complicated problem or require another level of access, bluehost live chat will create an email ticket and forward the problem next level technical support instead.
