Where most hoster does offer credits to your account when you refer sales. And oftenly you will see that, your next year bill paid by the referred sales. So, this is the rewards that you can get.
The final conclusion is that bluehost have affiliate rewards program. And bluehost not have any coupon code, and during signup, there is no extra coupon code field requesting for code.
