My personal opinion about Blue Host phone support
Today instead of using the usual Bluehost email support or live chat with support team, i try to give bluehost a call at their toll free numbers. Picked up the phone and dial (888) 401-4678”… and i get through, with a short IVR, i get to the support team. And i asked some question regarding upgrade to bluehost dedicated server. And now i got the answer for that already. Simple and fast.

I think bluehost had done a wonderful job in providing good customer support and phone support. I really dont like those host, that makes me waiting over the phone and have to listen to machine voice, and end up in french speaking support team 
. Bluehost 10 years plus experience, they does knows what the customer needs.

Clicking on it bring up a small windows, to get this, make sure you not have popup blocker etc that will prevent pop windows. Through my one and a half month stay at bluehost hosting, I been contacted bluehost support team three times for some technical things. Once was because my website is suddently running slow, and so i start the live chat and contact bluehost support. I was chat with support members named: Stoney, TIM, and also JIM. They are very helpful and get my problem solved on the spot.
